Our Incredibly Amazing Planet gives all of itself to sustain the endless variety of life that depends upon her many continuous gifts to survive. Each day too much is taken for purposes that are unnecessary and wasteful. It is up to each one of us to have clarity in our own lives as to what our needs are and what is being used superfluously, excessively, and yet is not needed. 

 Every day I try to consider one thing I can remove from my life that I don't need, that I   can do without or what I can contribute to helping create a world that is healthy   and sustained for all the generations to come.
